Each dynamic game room has interactive technology that reacts in real time, ensuring an adrenaline-filled adventure

• Cyberstrike games are designed for young adults.
• The content and challenges may be too difficult for children under 7 years old. For children aged 7 and under, a paying adult must accompany them during gameplay (excluding school groups).
• Each adult accompanying children counts toward the team limit of 2-5 players.
• If your group exceeds the team size limit, please divide into smaller groups. Each additional group must include a paying adult to supervise.

• Wearing appropriate footwear, such as flat shoes or trainers, is compulsory to ensure safety and comfort during gameplay.

• Open-toed shoes and heels are not permitted.
• Dress in lightweight, single-layer clothing as you may get warm during activities.

Lockers are included in the package at all venues for storing bags, coats, and non-essential items during gameplay. However, availability is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.

• By Car: Park at Zone U, Toy8 in The Gardens Mall @ Mid Valley City. This is the closest parking to Cyberstrike.
• By KTM: Take the KTM Komuter to Mid Valley Station, then walk through the mall to Toy8, Zone U.
• By LRT: Take the LRT to Abdullah Hukum Station, then use the walkway to Mid Valley Megamall and head towards Toy8.  

• No refunds will be issued for tickets or vouchers purchased.

• Ensure purchase details are accurate before completing the transaction.
