In 1984, a major fire broke out on the fourth floor of the Jin Xin Building, suspected to have been caused by faulty wiring. The fire claimed 19 lives. Pei, who possesses psychic abilities, teams up with Shao, a horror novelist seeking inspiration within the building. Together, they investigate numerous unexplained terrifying events and aim to uncover the truth behind the tragic fire.
