- Your ticket status will be under “Processing” while we process your purchase within 2 business day.
- We will update your ticket automatically in your WeTix account and a confirmation email will also be send to you.
- Your ticket status will change to “Completed” and you may use your ticket now.
- Kindly present the E-Ticket (with QR Code) on your mobile along with your IC or Passport at the ticketing counter for redeem the admission ticket.
- You need to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park's turnstile, register biometric before enter to the park.
- Download the Genting SkyWorlds App to enjoy the complimentary VQ Reservation. You only able to book the VQ Reservation once you link your admission ticket into Genting SkyWorlds App on their visit date.
- For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, you MUST retain your admission ticket for multiple entry to the park.
